I found only two cups in the room for three guests. Only one sugar packet was available. The hotel signage was unclear, hard to find additional parking.

the lift was a little slow. i was impatient though.

scaffolding surrounded the hotel the car park was affected by this i could not use it i wasn't informed beforehand.

The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made check-in smooth and cute!!! The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. I was very happy with the hotel's quietness, despite its proximity to a major airport flight path.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights. The beds were very comfortable and a smart TV was included. Breakfast offered a good selection each morning, and the restaurant food was tasty (I especially liked the variety of options). All staff members were hard working and always smiling. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
The signage for additional parking was unclear.
